A new and updated schedule with substantial detail will be forthcoming soon. The schedule remains thoughly the same from week to week unless there are special events or tests. Below is the general schedule.

Within each class there are a series of phases we like to take individual students as well as entire groups through. This maintains consistency from class to class, but also allows for some flexibility near the latter part of each training period. A couple of minutes between each phase allow for water breaks and cool-down periods.
